After drawing up the peptide solution, hold the syringe with the needle pointing up and gently tap the side to move bubbles to the top. Slowly push the plunger to expel air until a small drop of liquid appears at the needle tip. Small bubbles (subcutaneous injection) are generally harmless but removing them ensures accurate dosing.
