Should I inject peptides cold or at room temperature?

Peptides should be injected at room temperature to reduce discomfort and pain at the injection site. Remove the vial from refrigeration 15-30 minutes before reconstituting or injecting, or warm it gently by rolling between your palms. Cold injections can cause more pain, slower absorption, and increased risk of injection site reactions. PubMed - Injection Temperature Effects
