Before using, gently blow your nose to clear passages. Shake the bottle if instructed, remove the cap, and prime the pump if it's the first use. Insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other, aim slightly toward the outer wall (not the septum), spray while gently inhaling, and repeat for the other nostril if directed. Avoid blowing your nose for 5-10 minutes after administration.
