reconstitution

Why is there foam in my peptide vial after adding bacteriostatic water?

Foam forms when water is injected too forcefully directly onto the powder or when the vial is shaken. Excessive foaming can denature proteins and reduce potency. To prevent this, always inject water slowly down the vial wall and use gentle swirling motion. FDA guidelines recommend proper reconstitution technique to maintain injectable product integrity.
